SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In the case of an order being returned due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto our customer to pay for the reshipment to occur. In this instance, we do not accept cancellation of orders, so please ensure you have entered the information when placing your order. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Delivery Address:

Please provide us with a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday and Friday. A Post Office box address cannot be accepted.

If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the freight carrier will leave a missed delivery advice card in your letter box advising of the failed delivery. The goods will then be returned to their local depot and you will then need to make contact with the freight carrier directly to arrange an appropriate time for a re-delivery.

Delivery Times:

If your order contains multiple products then individual products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery.

In most cases we expect delivery to have be completed within 10-21 days of placement of your order, depending on where you live, however please note than on occasion delivery times may change based on factors outside of our control such as supply interruptions or your delivery location.

To ensure that your items are delivered safely to your delivery address it is advisable to have someone there to be able to sign for the goods. Your contact details and phone numbers are passed onto our logistic companies and they are requested to contact you in advance to advise of the anticipated date and approximate time of delivery.

Wall Style will do everything possible to request that the logistic company contacts you in advance, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if they do not facilitate such a contact.

Receipt of Delivery:

Before signing as having received the products in good order please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.

You must notify Wall Style of any faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by phone or email hello@wall-style.com.au.

Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will liaise directly with our Supplier/s to resolve the issue. Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy section for more information.

RETURNS

Because all of our products are customs printed and framed by hand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do offer a 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace it pending the following; Proof of damages sustained to the external packaging, internal packaging and print/poster is required to be emailed to hello@wall-style.com.au by means of photographs within 48hours of the item being received. After this time has lapsed, Wall Style does not take responsibility for the products condition. Please ensure you open your package as soon as it is received, in order to check the condition of the design and packaging. Wall Style does not take responsibility for damages caused to product(s) by how the packaging is opened by the recipient or damages caused by the recipient(s)/recipients property/mailbox.

The LD Art House website is Australian owned and operated (ABN: 365 402 371 71). Your use of our website (including the purchase of any goods from the website) is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.  We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.  Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally enforceable agreement with Wall Style. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use this website and should immediately exit from it.

Any order that is placed by you through this website is an offer by you to purchase a product/s for the price (including delivery, and any other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you placed your order.  We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product/s, an error in the price or the description of the product as shown on this website or due to an error in your order.

ORDERING PROCEDURE:

1. How to Order

    Ordering with LD Art House is simple-please follow the below steps.

    • Simply add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
    • Flat Rate delivery is applied to ensure that you receive the best possible delivery price to your door anywhere in Australia. Any additional delivery costs are subsidized by LD Art House.
    • At the checkout you will be asked to complete certain information and expressly agree to our trading and delivery terms as outlined in these Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the secure payment gateway.
    • Once your order has been completed your shopping cart will be cleared for future transactions.
    2.  Processing of your Order::
      • LD Art House will not process your order until full payment of the order has been received by us (in cleared funds).
      3.  Out of Stock Situation:
        • In the event that a product is out of stock LD Art House will contact you by email or phone and give you an indication as to availability and an anticipated delivery time.
        • If you have paid for an item/s that have subsequently sold out or are not available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.

        PRICING:

        Prices of products and any charges and taxes displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices shown on this website are in $A (Australian Dollars.) Prices are applicable in Australia only.

        All prices are exclusive of any delivery charges which will be advised separately if applicable.

        Changes to Pricing:

        INSURANCE:

        LD Art House will arrange delivery on your behalf. Transit insurance will be taken out by Wall Style and/or our suppliers to ensure that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process.

        Payment of your purchases can be made as follows:

        PAYMENT SECURITY:

        Your privacy and the security of your information is of paramount importance to us. All our online payments are processed through Shopify which is a premium e-commerce payment gateway.

        LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

        Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, LD Art House will not be liable for any loss whatsoever (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of opportunity), expense, damage, or injury that is suffered in connection with your access to, or use of, or inability to use this website, the content or materials of this website or any purchases made through this website, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

        LD Art House accepts no liability for any error in data or other information transmitted through this website, whether that error is caused by you or any technical malfunction or or unauthorised access to or alteration of data or other information transmitted through this website or of any information contained on this website.

        SEVERABILITY:

        If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, that part will be severed from this agreement and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

        REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY:

        LD Art House products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For further information as to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please visit the Australian Consumer Law website.

        To the full extent permitted by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), LD Art House excludes all other guarantees, warranties, conditions and other terms whether express or implied and whether arising from statute, common law, trade custom or otherwise. Where any guarantee, warranty, condition or other terms cannot be lawfully excluded then, to the extent that permitted by the relevant law or statute. Wall Style's liability is limited set out above for a breach of a guarantee, condition or a warranty implied by that statute.

        LD Art House will only make, and is only obligated to make, a refund in accordance with the Refunds & Returns Policy, the guidelines for eligibility are detailed in this policy.

        REFUND POLICY

        1.  Where your products are damaged in transit

        We carry transit insurance to protect our customer’s purchases, however where you have signed for goods without outlining any faults or damage then these goods may not be covered by transit insurance. You must inspect your goods upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery note before signing it. You must ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery.

        You must notify Wall Style of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will mean that any transit policy will be voided.

        2.  Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw.

        If you detect a manufacturers fault with your item you must notify us within 7 days. You will be offered a replacement item if available. If a replacement item is not available you will be offered a similar item at a similar price or a refund. A refund is not available if a replacement item is available. Faults not reported within 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

        3.  Goods damaged by you and natural wear and tear.

          We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.

          4.  Method and payment of refunds.

            You accept that all refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account or in any other way decided at the discretion of Wall Style.

            5.  Change of Mind

              As we custom frame our prints on an order by order basis,  Wall Style cannot offer returns or refunds on goods you have purchased based solely on a change of mind. While Wall Style aims to provide you with as much information as possible about the products offered for sale on this website in order to assist you with making the best possible purchase decision, you acknowledge that, subject to the Refunds and Returns Policy and to the Cancellation of Order Procedure contained in these Terms and Conditions, all purchases of goods from this website are final.

              You accept you will not be entitled to refuse delivery of goods nor request a return, refund or exchange of goods you have purchased from this website on the basis that you have changed your mind about the purchase of the goods.

              CANCELLATION OF ORDER

              You may cancel an order only if the order has not been placed with the supplier, however the following charges will apply:

              (i) if your order has not been placed with the supplier and you have paid by credit card via our online payment system you will be offered a full refund less any fees charged to us by the bank to make the refund transaction.

              COLOURS OF PRODUCTS

              We take care to ensure we provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images, however there may be reasons why the colour of your item on arrival is not as depicted on your screen.

              1. Colours of products displayed on your computer monitor may vary from the actual colour of the item you are purchasing, due to the high variance in colours utilised by computer monitors.
              1. Many of our products are hand made and there may be variance in colour or pattern for this reason. Products where this may occur have this noted on the item description.

              We will not offer a refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website and your screen.

              PRIVACY POLICY

              Wall Style is covered by the Australian Privacy Principles made under the Privacy Act 1988.

              Further details on how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information and how you may request access to and correction of such personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. We understand that protecting your privacy is important to obtaining and holding your trust.

              Jurisdiction:

              These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland.               Signature VS Classic Framing

              Our signature photography series is an original and limited edition collection, professionally printed with the finest quality archival inks on 308gm Hahnemühle cotton rag paper. We work closely with our local framer to finish your new photographic works in a beautifully framed exhibition style. 

              What is Hahnemühle cotton rag paper? It is one of the worlds most popular papers chosen by photographers and artists to create high quality fine art prints. The white cotton artist’s paper, with its characteristic, wonderfully soft feel, boasts a lightly defined felt structure, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive pictorial depth. It’s a white 100% cotton paper of superb quality capable of producing excellent photographic results that will outlast us all.

              We offer two types of framing for our limited edition photography prints.  Classic and Signature Framing.

              Both framing types (Signature and Classic) use premium 2.1cm wide x 4.0cm deep wood frames with a light weight foam core back for ease of hanging. Lightweight museum grade acrylic that is 94% UV resistant, is used to ensure that your framed artwork is installed easily and does not require a professional hanging service.  Note, we do recommend always hanging your framed prints with at least two fixings points on the wall.

              Both framing types (Signature and Classic) are printed professionally printed with the finest quality archival inks on 308gsm Hahnemühle cotton rag paper. 

              Both framing types (Signature and Classic) are signed and numbered by Lauren on the front.

              What's the difference between Signature and Classic framing?:

              SIGNATURE FRAMING has the addition of a classic white matt board*. A matt board is a cut out, cardboard-like material that sits between the frame and the artwork to give it a complete finished look. The addition of the matt board creates a larger overall framed size.  Please refer to our framing sizes below.

              **Please note: The 90 x 126 sized prints are only available in the classic framing style. 

              CLASSIC FRAMING does NOT have a matt board. Instead the image has a white border around the image.  This white border is included in the print size and is signed and numbered.

              Delivery:  As all of our products are custom made to order please allow the following approximate time frames for dispatch:

              Unframed prints: 5 business days

              Framed prints: 15 business days.
