The entryway to your home should not be overlooked.  It is the first impression people get of your house and sets the scene for what lies beyond, so make it count.

What is done in the entryway way depends on the space available and your lifestyle needs.  Things to consider are storage, lighting, decoration, seating and flooring.  Treat this space like any other in your home by bringing it to life and making it welcoming through the use of candles, flowers and art.

The above entry is designed by Robson Rak Architects and would have to be on of my all time favourite entry spaces.  The stunning geometric rug is the hero piece in this monochromatic interior.  The lines mirror those in the pendant above as well as guide you deeper into the space prompting and exiting you to explore more.  The beautiful fine art print, is simple and elegant, while still adding interest to the space. You can shop the print here.

This entry has a completely different, more relaxed and tropical feel.  The warm timber tones create a homely feeling, while the abundance of lush greenery makes you feel like you walking into a tropical oasis.  Storage options have also been thought of, allowing items like shoes and keys to be kept close, yet tidy and out of direct eye sight.

If you have a black thumb like myself, you can find some great quality faux plants that will help you achieve the same look.  You can also use tropical styled art - think banana leaf palms and beautiful green hues.  Where to find such beauty you may ask?  Well look no further then our Plantation Collection which you can view here.

Who can go past a splash a pink?! Whether it is paired with deep timber tones and classic blue and white ceramics, or lighter timber and contemporary accessories, a splash of pink always seems to please.  If you don't feel the need to look at yourself in a mirror every time you enter or leave your house, you could use a pair of beautiful, botanical art prints.

Working from home

When you work from you have the ability to create a space that works for you - and it doesn't have to stop at your desk. Art can have a powerful impact on the way we work.  Instead of glancing from a screen to a blank wall, it allows us a visual escape. Whether it be a calming image of an ocean or an motivating pop of colour, there is a multitude of options to give your home office and inspiring make over.

Signature VS Classic Framing

Our signature photography series is an original and limited edition collection, professionally printed with the finest quality archival inks on 308gm Hahnemühle cotton rag paper. We work closely with our local framer to finish your new photographic works in a beautifully framed exhibition style.

What is Hahnemühle cotton rag paper? It is one of the worlds most popular papers chosen by photographers and artists to create high quality fine art prints. The white cotton artist’s paper, with its characteristic, wonderfully soft feel, boasts a lightly defined felt structure, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive pictorial depth. It’s a white 100% cotton paper of superb quality capable of producing excellent photographic results that will outlast us all.

We offer two types of framing for our limited edition photography prints.  Classic and Signature Framing.

Both framing types (Signature and Classic) use premium 2.1cm wide x 4.0cm deep wood frames with a light weight foam core back for ease of hanging. Lightweight museum grade acrylic that is 94% UV resistant, is used to ensure that your framed artwork is installed easily and does not require a professional hanging service.  Note, we do recommend always hanging your framed prints with at least two fixings points on the wall.

Both framing types (Signature and Classic) are printed professionally printed with the finest quality archival inks on 308gsm Hahnemühle cotton rag paper.

Both framing types (Signature and Classic) are signed and numbered by Lauren on the front.

What's the difference between Signature and Classic framing?:

SIGNATURE FRAMING has the addition of a classic white matt board*. A matt board is a cut out, cardboard-like material that sits between the frame and the artwork to give it a complete finished look. The addition of the matt board creates a larger overall framed size.  Please refer to our framing sizes below.

**Please note: The 90 x 126 sized prints are only available in the classic framing style.

CLASSIC FRAMING does NOT have a matt board. Instead the image has a white border around the image.  This white border is included in the print size and is signed and numbered.
